Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
The petitioner is an accused in First Information
Report No.40 of 2024 dated 13th February, 2024 registered
under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code,
1860 at Police Station Kadwa, District Katihar, Bihar.
The prayer made in this petition for grant of regular
bail. The petitioner is in custody for the last 1 year
and 2 months.
Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of
custody, in our opinion, the petitioner deserves to be
granted regular bail.
Let the petitioner be released on bail subject to
furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial
Court.
