1. The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.
624/2009 dated 24.12.2009, registered at Police Station
Saraswati Vihar, for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the
Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’), including all consequential
proceedings arising therefrom. The petitioners have also sought
quashing of the Look Out Circular dated 14.01.2011 issued by
Delhi Police against Petitioner No. 1.
2. It is averred that the marriage between Petitioner No.1 and
Respondent No. 2 was solemnized on 22.01.2006 as per Sikh
