                             UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                O R D E R

The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the

offences punishable under Sections 332, 353, 186, 224, 225,

511, 427 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the

Arms Act and Section 3(2) of Prevention of Damage to Public
Signature Not Verified
Property Act. His bail application was dismissed by the High

Reason: Court. Being aggrieved, he has approached this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

respondent-State.

At this stage, we do not see any reason to grant bail to

the petitioner, in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article

136 of the Constitution of India.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew the

bail application depending upon the stage of trial after six

months before the Court concerned, if so advised.

The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed in the

above terms along with pending application(s), if any.
