The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the

offences punishable under Sections 302, 294, 323, 324/34, 147, 148

& 149 of the Indian Penal Code and presently he is facing trial.

His second bail application was dismissed by the High Court. Being

aggrieved, he approached this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
