01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Mr. Jagabandhu Sahu, learned counsel enters appearance on
behalf of the O.P. Nos.1 & 3 by filing a vakalatnama in Court
today and the same be kept on record.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned
counsel for the State and learned counsel for the O.P. Nos.1 & 3.
Perused the application as well as the documents annexed thereto.
4. By filing the application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.,
the Petitioners seek to invoke the inherent jurisdiction of this
Court to quash the criminal proceeding arising out of Mathili P.S.
Case No.85 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.333 of 2019
pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Mathili for commission
of offence under Sections 294/323/341/307/506/34 of I.P.C.
