In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the affidavits of the opposite parties disclosing that the claim of the applicant for payment of gratuity and pension has been rejected by order dated 30.04.2025 passed by the opposite party no.1. The order dated 30.04.2025 also notes that other retiral dues have been paid to the applicant.
As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notice is discharged.
The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 30.04.2025 on merits before appropriate forum.
