Issue notice to the respondent no.3 to 5 on payment of P.F. within two working
days.
As submitted by counsel for both the parties, the dhaba which was constructed on
the disputed land has already been demolished and at present only residential house is
in existence on the disputed land.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case it is directed that till the next
date of hearing, both the parties are directed to maintain status quo as existing today in
respect of the land in question.
List after two weeks.
As prayed by counsel for the petitioner, list the case alongwith WP No.1/2025.
