Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks for extension of the

interim order of bail granted earlier on 24th December, 2024. He

informs the Court that Investigating Officers are yet to be

examined.

State files a report which is taken on record.

In view of such submission, interim order of bail granted

earlier on 24th December, 2024 is extended till end of October,

2025 or until further order, whichever is earlier.

It is made clear that in the event the petitioner is convicted

by the Trial Court, in the meantime, this order shall stand

automatically cancelled.

List this matter on 27th October, 2025.

State is also directed to file status report of the trial on the

returnable date.
