This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the
petitioners assailing the order dated 26.02.2021 passed in Cr.R. No. 9/2020
by the learned Sessions Judge, Distt. Dhar whereby the order dated
30.11.2019 of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ratlam with regard to
framing of charges against the petitioner/accused was affirmed.

The exposition of facts, in brief, giving rise to the present petition, is as
under:

Respondent – Vaishali had filed a written complaint with the SHO,
Industrial Area, Ratlam on 12.06.2019, inter-alia stating that she was
married to Sunil Sonar on 20.02.2018 as per Hindu Rites and customs. Hira
Bai- her mother-in-law, Niyati alias Pinky- her sister-in-law, Jayesh-
husband of Niyati and Rajendra Vispute- relative of her husband demanded
Rs. 10 lakhs at the time of marriage and a car in dowry. Her father arranged
payment of Rs. 3, 70,000/- and promised to pay remaining amount at the
time of his retirement. She went to her matrimonial home at Ahmedabad
after marriage. All the accused taunted her with regard to inadequate dowry.
When her father came to her matrimonial home at Ahmedabad, she was
threatened to bring remaining amount of dowry. She went with her father to
her parental home. Her sister-in-law Jyoti and relative Rajendra Vispute
came to her parental home on 09.03.2018. Her father paid Rs. 80,000/- in
cash to Rajendra Vispute and promised to give a car on retirement. On
09.03.2018, she went back to her matrimonial home. On 26.03.2018, her
mother-in-law, Hira Bai manhandled her and abused her in filthy language
and demanded the remaining amount of dowry. She was expelled her from
home. So, she went to her grandmother‟s home which is near to her
matrimonial home. She called her husband and informed him about the
incident, but he supported his family members. She went back to her
parental home and informed her family members. On 02.05.2018, she went
to Ahmedabad with her father. Her father promised to pay remaining
amount of dowry, thereafter, she was permitted to stay at her matrimonial
home. Her husband and other family members used to quarrel with her. On

18.05.2018, her husband, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, Rajendra Vispute
manhandled and threatened to kill her. They pushed her out of the
matrimonial home. Her father came to Ahmedabad, but all the accused
refused to permit her at matrimonial home. Therefore, she returned to
Ratlam. She attempted for settlement to save her marriage. They again went
to Ahmedabad on 24.06.2018, but all the accused abused and quarreled with
them. The accused threatened to kill them. Therefore, they returned back to
