Eligibility
We are seeking experienced professionals for the following positions within the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice group:

Candidates must possess a strong foundation in corporate laws, transactional structuring, regulatory compliance, and due diligence. Prior law firm experience in handling complex corporate and M&A matters is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:

  • Independently lead and manage end-to-end transactional mandates, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, and business transfer agreements.

  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of legal research and document quality.

  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments impacting corporate and M&A practices.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge initiatives and business development efforts of the firm.
