Eligibility
We are seeking experienced professionals for the following positions within the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice group:
Candidates must possess a strong foundation in corporate laws, transactional structuring, regulatory compliance, and due diligence. Prior law firm experience in handling complex corporate and M&A matters is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:

Independently lead and manage end-to-end transactional mandates, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, and business transfer agreements.

Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of legal research and document quality.

Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments impacting corporate and M&A practices.

Contribute to internal knowledge initiatives and business development efforts of the firm.
