1. By way of the present application under Section 482 of the
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant – accused has
prayed for anticipatory bail in connection with the FIR bearing
C.R.No.11192036250001 of 2025 registered with Mahila Police Station,
Ahmedabad Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 354(a),
323, 504, 506(2),498(a), 377, 313, 427 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code,
1860 and under Sections 3 and 7 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
2. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the nature of
allegations are such for which custodial interrogation at this stage is not
necessary. He further submits that the applicant will keep himself
available during the course of investigation, trial also and will not flee
from justice.
