A group of Triveni Home Buyers has filed a complaint with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), alleging fraud concerning the Sky Palazzo residential project in Sector 88B, Gurugram. The project is being developed by M/s Fidatocity Homes Private Limited on a 10.84375-acre plot in Harsaru Village, owned by several individuals in partnership with the developer.
The complaint highlights concerns about the involvement of Mukund Mittal, the son of Madhur Mittal, a director at Triveni Ferrous Infrastructure Private Limited. Madhur Mittal was allegedly banned in 2019 by the Director of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) Haryana from obtaining new licenses due to his company’s controversial projects. The complaint alleges that the Sky Palazzo project may be linked to fraudulent activities due to Mukund Mittal’s family ties and the involvement of individuals with ongoing legal issues.
Additionally, the application for the project was allegedly submitted by Amit Kumar Sharma and Anil Sharma, both from Agra, Madhur Mittal’s hometown, raising further questions about the project’s legitimacy. The complaint also references ongoing legal disputes over a separate Triveni project in Faridabad, which has allegedly trapped investors’ money.
Triveni Home Buyers have urged HRERA to take immediate action by allegedly halting bookings, payments, and advertising related to the Sky Palazzo project to prevent alleged fraud and ensure transparency for prospective homebuyers.
