3. The appellant has been arraigned for the
offences punishable under Sections 397,
341, 201, 120-B read with Section 34 of
the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections
3, 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and
Section 37(1) and 37(2) read with Section
135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.
4. Taking note of the fact that co-accused
has been granted bail, we are inclined to
