Heard Mr. L. Shyam, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner and Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel appearing
for the respondent No. 3.
After hearing the submission advanced by the learned
counsel appearing for the petitioner and on examination of the record,
more particularly the order dated 17-07-2024 passed by this court
and allegation made by the petitioner in their contempt petition, this
court is of the view that no contempt has been made out and accordingly,
the contempt petition is hereby closed.
