Robinson, Senior VP compensation in her first six months as IBM‘s chief legal officer nearly hit the eight-figure mark totaling $9.87 million including non-equity incentive plan compensation of $750,000 as a sign-on bonus, according to IBM’s proxy statement filed before the Securities and Exchange Commission.
She has joined IBM from Malvern, Pennsylvania-based Vanguard, the world’s largest mutual fund company, where she served as General Counsel and Managing Director. Her career path has included prominent roles at Citigroup, American Express and Deloitte, which expressed her caliber as a legal mind, business partner and strategic leader.
The vast majority of Robinson’s 2024 compensation from July 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024 was in the form of equity awards—$6.8 million in stock grants and $1 million in stock option grants. Her salary was $467,500, and she received $695,750 in cash incentive compensation.
