Heard Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel appearing
for the petitioners.
Issue notice.
Mr. Sukumar, learned GA accepts notice on behalf of the
respondent No. 1.
Petitioners are to take steps upon the respondents No. 2 & 3 by
Speed Post and file affidavit of proof of service.
Mr. Sukumar, learned GA prays for 3 (three) weeks’ time for
filing counter affidavit.

Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel appearing for the
petitioner prays for passing an interim relief against the impugned order
dated 27.12.2024 whereby, respondents are trying to allot the management
and operation of the Ima Keithel at Lilong Bazar and collection of taxes from
vendors and parking fees in and around the Ima Market without issuing any
notice. It is also submitted at the Bar that no one has been appointed in place
of the petitioners.
Mr. Sukumar, learned GA submits that he has not able to make
any statement as regards the impugned order issued by the Municipal Council
and the interim prayer may be heard on the next date after appearance of
the parties.
Taking note of submission of the learned counsel appearing the
petitioner, as regards allotment of the management and operation of the Ima
Keithel at Lilong Bazar and collection of taxes from vendors and parking fees
in and around the Ima Market, the petitioners are permitted to continue in
terms of the earlier licenses till next date.
List this case on 26.02.2025.
Furnish a copy of this order to the learned counsel appearing
for the parties during the course of the day.
