Heard Mr. M.A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also
heard Mr. K. Khan, learned P.P appearing for the respondents who has
produced the status report filed by the IO as far as the case of the petitioners
are concerned.

On perusal of the contents of the petition herein, this Court, without
going into the merits of the case of the parties, at this point of time is of the
opinion that the case diary has to be produced. Accordingly, the IO is directed
to produce the case diary of Ampati Women P.S. Case No. 09(04)2024 under
Section 376D/323/341/506/34 IPC read with Section 5(g)/6 of POCSO Act.

As prayed for by the learned P.P the said case diary is to be produced on
22.07.2025.

In the meantime, on prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the
petitioners are allowed to go on interim bail on conditions that:

(i) They shall not abscond or tamper with the evidence and
witnesses; and

(ii) They shall appear before the IO on 18.07.2025.

List this matter accordingly.
