Mr. M.A. Choudhury, learned counsel has submitted that this application
has been filed on behalf of the petitioners with a prayer for grant of pre-arrest
bail in connection with Ampati Women P.S. Case No. 09(04)2024 under
Section 376D/323/341/506/34 IPC read with Section 5(g)/6 of POCSO Act
corresponding to learned Special Judge (POCSO), South West Garo Hills,
Ampati. However, the learned counsel submits that the complainant has also
been arrayed as party respondent herein and as such, notice may be allowed to
be issued upon such respondent.
Mr. K. Khan, learned P.P has entered appearance on behalf of the
respondent No. 1.
Accordingly, as prayed for, let steps be taken for issuance of notice upon
the respondent No. 2/complainant, the same returnable within 1(one) week.
