As per the updated status report of the pending MP/MLA cases for the
month of May, 2025, which is on record, goes to show that out of 16 case, two
cases have been disposed of in which the accused have been acquitted.
In view of the same, let the matter be listed again on 30th July, 2025 on
which date, again the updated status report shall be placed before this Court by
the Registrar (Judicial).
The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to send a copy of this order to the
concerned trial Courts for necessary information and compliance, forthwith.
