Space law

The birth of an outer space comes into reality from the International Space Station which is presently governed by international treaty known as The Intergovernmental agreement on space station cooperation.

This agreement promises that in the area of criminal jurisdiction, every nation on the ISS or associated  with it have there own  criminal jurisdiction on their own people even if they are in space.

Pertaining to our First crime in space both the parties are of US citizen, which shows it can be dealt in there own land by there own laws.

It’s quite evident that in future space will be quite populated by so it’s time to  draft more elaborative International  codes and legislation regarding space governance
