Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that the
controversy involved herein is no more res integra and stands
resolved by the coordinate Benches judgments of this Court dated
02.07.2018 and 26.08.2021 passed in the cases of Sanjay Joshi
& Ors. versus State of Rajasthan & Ors.: SB Civil Writ
Petition No.12281/2018 and Suresh Singh & Ors. versus
State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.11463/2021 respectively. They, therefore, pray that these
writ petitions may also be disposed of in similar terms.
Ordered accordingly.
