The petitioner is an accused in a case bearing P.S.Case
No.04/2024 (CID P.S.Case No.06/2024 & NDPS Case No.62/2024))
and facing trial for the offences punishable under Sections
15, 18, 22, 27, 27(A) & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and
Psychotropic Substances Act. His application for bail was
dismissed by the High Court under the order impugned. Being
aggrieved, he approached this Court. He has already undergone
about one year and six months in jail.
