The conference titled “Constitutional and Labour Rights in a Globalized World: Challenges and Opportunities” serves as a pivotal platform for examining the evolving landscape of labour rights within the context of globalization. It brings together legal scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and activists to deliberate on the complexities and prospects associated with safeguarding constitutional and labour rights amid global economic integration.

Submission Details

  • Research papers are invited on the above mentioned sub themes. The list of sub themes provided is not exhaustive. All submissions shall strictly adhere to the following formatting Guidelines. Co Authorship upto 3 shall be permitted.
  • Submission of Abstract for the aforesaid mentioned conference should be reached by 09/07/2025, 11:59 PM in the following mail id: intlabourlawconference2025@gmail.com
  • Abstract shall not exceed 200 words. Abstract Contains Title of the paper, Authors details as footnotes The submissions will be adjudged and selected purely on the basis of merit and originality by a team of experts.
  • Full paper need to be submitted on or before 26/07/2025 Candidates will be informed by 27/07/2025, if their Full paper have been selected for presentation.

Submission Guidelines

  • Word Limit- 2000-4000 Words (including foot notes)
  • Font-Times New Roman,
  • Font Size – 12, Line Spacing-1.5, Footnotes-10 Line Spacing-1 The citation provided should either be in that followed by the Indian Law Institute (ILI) as available at: https://www.ili.ac.in/cstyle.pdf or in the OSCOLA style-4th edition.
  • There should not be more than 15% similarity in the main content as well as less than 10% usage of Artificial Intelligence. The submission should be original and not simultaneously considered by any other seminar, conference, journal, chapter in a book, etc.

Awards

  • Selected papers will be published in an ISBN-edited book
  • Certificates of Merit for top 3 presenters
  • E-Certificate for all participants
