About the Conference

The global stage is witnessing the general aspect of prejudicing the role of neuroscience cognitive psychology in legal arena in organization, HR policies, aspect of management strategies and its deployment with neuro legal laws seems not impactable.The conference aims to explain and identify the measures to determine the drawback and incompatibility of neurolaw in HR policies for women employees in multinational and national companies.

There are several procedures adopted to resolve conflicts of disputes, there has no proper attention given to people and their psychological variance, who are the reasons and methods for causes of conflicts in aerial causation of it that need neurolegal guideline compatibility in health laws.

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstract shall not exceed 350-400 words.
  • Abstract Contains Title of the paper, Authors details as footnotes
  • The submissions will be adjudged and selected purely on the basis of merit and originality by a team of experts.
  • Each submission should include the following:
  • WORD LIMIT- 3000-5000 WORDS (INCLUDING FOOT NOTES)
  • Page limit is 15 including references.
  • Font-Times New Roman,
  • Font Size – 12, Line Spacing-1.5, Footnotes-10 Line Spacing-1
