We are taking on record an affidavit by the State affirmed on
26th August, 2025 stating the turnover from sale of diverse brands of
liquor from the date of coming into effect of the impugned rules till
date.
Copies of the said affidavit have been served on all other
appearing parties.
To do complete justice in these writ petitions, we shall rely on
that affidavit as one introduced and admitted under Order XLI, rule 27
of the Civil Procedure Code.
List all the writ petitions and the miscellaneous applications
tomorrow i.e., 28th August, 2025 for further hearing.
The subsisting interim order will continue.
