About Advocate Siddharth Kakka

Mr. Kakka is a lawyer with over 9 years of experience in litigation and advisory in Arbitration, Mediation, Corporate Laws, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Property Laws, Taxation laws, Data Privacy, Security Laws, FEMA, and Testamentary Laws. He also handles the advisory on the Mergers and Acquisitions and Group Restructuring of Indian and offshore companies along with their subsidiaries and set-down subsidiaries.

He also focuses on drafting opinions and representations pertaining to Arbitration, Income Tax, GST, I&B Code, Security laws, and Allied Laws. Furthermore, he also advises and handles the incorporation of the companies and their subsidiaries offshore in light of various regulations such as RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and Tax.

About the Opportunity

We are inviting applications from committed and sincere law students for a long-term internship opportunity (preferably for a duration of 6 to 8 months) at our chamber. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are genuinely inclined towards building a career as independent legal practitioners and are willing to engage deeply with practical aspects of the profession. We are looking for candidates who are diligent, disciplined, and eager to learn. Prior experience is not mandatory, but a strong commitment to the profession is essential.

Areas of Practice

Arbitration, Property Disputes, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Disputes, Recovery Proceedings, Corporate Litigation, Drafting, Non-litigation and Advisory Work.

Location

Fort, Mumbai. (Immediate Joining is preferred.)

Stipend

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
