First-Day Formalities, Infrastructure, and First Impression
The infrastructure was quite good, and the associates were very friendly and helpful. The organization offers a remarkably healthy and supportive work environment that significantly contributes to both professional growth and personal well-being.
From the very first day, the atmosphere was welcoming and inclusive, making it easy to adapt and feel comfortable. The associates, in particular, played a vital role in shaping this positive experience. They were not only approachable and friendly but also demonstrated a genuine willingness to help and guide at every stage. Their encouragement, constructive feedback, and collaborative spirit fostered a sense of belonging and motivation.
Main Tasks
The tasks I was assigned included researching a few company cases, preparing a comparative analysis table of old and new laws, and conducting research on mergers and acquisitions.
Work Environment
What stood out most was the team’s commitment to mentorship. Rather than creating a hierarchical barrier, the associates encouraged open communication and the sharing of ideas.
Whether it was assisting with research, reviewing work, or discussing legal strategies, they consistently demonstrated patience and a desire to see others learn and succeed. This nurturing environment helped build confidence and facilitated the acquisition of practical skills in a stress-free setting.

Good Things about the Internship
The best part of the internship was the supportive and collaborative work environment. The associates were approachable, encouraging, and eager to guide, making learning seamless.
It offered valuable hands-on experience, enhanced legal research skills, and built confidence, all within a professional yet friendly atmosphere that promoted growth and development.
Bad Things about the Internship
There is truly no negative aspect of this internship experience. From the very beginning, the environment was welcoming, well-structured, and conducive to learning. The tasks assigned were meaningful and relevant, allowing interns to gain practical insights into the legal field.
The mentorship provided by associates and senior professionals was exceptionally helpful, ensuring that doubts were addressed promptly and learning was continuous. The work culture encouraged curiosity, active participation, and constructive feedback, which created a positive and enriching experience throughout.

Details about the Accommodation, Commuting to the Office
The in-time in the morning was around 10:30 AM, while the out-time was around 7:00 PM. It was very easy for me to manage as I was staying nearby.
