I applied by sending my CV through email, attaching it along with a brief cover message expressing my interest in the position.

On the first day of my virtual internship with Lawgystix and MKA Legal, the process began with a warm welcome and a detailed orientation session. I was introduced to the team, their roles, and the functioning of both organizations. The team guided me through the communication platforms and tools I would be using during the internship.

Expectations regarding tasks, deadlines, and work schedules were clearly outlined. An informal icebreaker session followed, which made me feel comfortable and connected despite the remote setup. Overall, the first day set a positive and professional tone.

During my virtual internship with Lawgystix and its sister company, MKA Legal, I had the opportunity to gain invaluable insights into the dynamic legal services sector. This dual association allowed me to observe how closely aligned operations between a legal consultancy and a litigation-focused firm can create a seamless workflow in addressing clients’ diverse legal needs.

At Lawgystix, I was primarily involved in drafting legal documents, conducting in-depth research on case laws and statutes, and preparing detailed legal opinions tailored to specific client requirements. My responsibilities also included assisting with compliance management and reviewing contracts to identify potential legal risks.

With MKA Legal, I focused on litigation-related work, including supporting case strategies and preparing briefs and memoranda for ongoing disputes. This exposure gave me a well-rounded understanding of both advisory and litigation practices.

The work environment was both professional and supportive, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Despite being a virtual internship, the team ensured seamless communication through regular updates, meetings, and feedback sessions.

One of the most distinctive aspects of the experience was the strong emphasis on mentoring and skill development. Supervisors were approachable and patient, always willing to address queries and offer constructive feedback. This openness empowered me to take on new tasks with confidence and refine my skills without hesitation.

The work culture struck a healthy balance between structure and flexibility. While expectations for deliverables were clearly outlined, I was given the autonomy to manage my tasks and approach them in a way that best suited my working style. This helped me enhance my time management and problem-solving abilities.

Even in a remote setting, there was a genuine sense of camaraderie within the team, reflected in our consistent collaboration and shared commitment to producing high-quality work.

Overall, the positive and encouraging environment significantly contributed to my productivity and professional growth, making the internship a truly enriching experience.

One of the best aspects was the structured yet flexible work environment, which allowed me to manage my tasks independently while receiving constant guidance and feedback from the team. The assignments were diverse and intellectually stimulating, including legal research, drafting, and compliance-related work, which significantly enhanced my understanding of practical legal processes.

The team was approachable and supportive, always willing to address any queries and provide constructive insights. Despite being virtual, communication was seamless, with regular meetings and updates ensuring clarity in expectations and deliverables. The internship also provided me with a stipend of ₹5,000, reflecting the organization’s acknowledgment of my contributions.

This experience not only strengthened my legal drafting and research skills but also taught me valuable lessons in professionalism and time management. It was an enriching journey that left me with no negative experiences and plenty of knowledge and skills to carry forward in my legal career.

My virtual internship with Lawgystix and its sister company, MKA Legal, was an incredibly rewarding experience with no negatives to mention. The environment was highly professional yet approachable, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

The tasks assigned were intellectually stimulating, ranging from legal research and drafting to contract reviews and compliance support, which significantly enhanced my skills.

5000 INR for three months.

My virtual internship with Lawgystix and its sister company, MKA Legal, was an enriching experience. The remote setup did not hinder seamless communication and collaboration, as the team ensured a supportive and professional environment. I gained hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and compliance tasks, which significantly enhanced my skills.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of my virtual internship was the flexibility it offered, which allowed me to maintain a healthy balance between work and relaxation. During breaks, I would take short walks or indulge in my favourite podcasts to recharge. I dont have to work all days was the best thing that helped to continue this internship even during my college days.

This experience taught me the importance of self-discipline, time management, and effective communication, especially in a remote setup. I learned to adapt quickly to new tools, coordinate seamlessly with a team, and handle responsibilities independently. These lessons are invaluable and have prepared me to thrive in both virtual and traditional work environments.
