About the Opportunity:
Amartya Legal is urgently looking to hire a Paralegal Intern specializing in Intellectual Property Law, specifically Trademarks.
Position:
Paralegal Intern (IP Law – Trademarks)
Location: Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi
Eligibility: 5th Year Law Student
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong interest in Intellectual Property Law, especially Trademarks
- Basic understanding of Indian and international trademark laws
- Good command over written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and online legal research tools
Nature of Work:
- Drafting and filing trademark applications
- Preparing responses to examination reports
- Conducting trademark availability searches
- Assisting with international filings via WIPO (Madrid Protocol)
- Managing IP portfolios, databases, and deadlines
- Coordinating with clients and trademark offices
- Performing general legal and administrative duties in the IP division
Ideal Candidate:
A final-year law student who is eager to gain hands-on experience and is open to transitioning into a long-term paralegal or associate role at the firm.
