Roles and Responsibilities:

Drafting of litigation and non-litigation documents under expert guidance

Attending civil and criminal courts, including:

Visiting jails in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai for client meetings and vakalatnama signings

Visiting registrar’s offices, Tahsildar, Talathi, and land record offices (7/12 extracts) for property-related procedures
-
Exposure to matters including:
-
Civil, criminal, and matrimonial disputes
-
Cheque bounce cases
-
Corporate finance litigation
-
Specialized cases under MOCOA, POCSO, NDPS
-
IPC Sections 302, 379, 380
-
Heirship and declaration litigation
