About the Opportunity
This is a postgraduate assessment internship designed for recent law graduates passionate about corporate and transactional law.
Role: Assessment Intern – Corporate Law
Outcome: May lead to a full-time associate role based on performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the Corporate Law & Transactions Team on live client matters
Conduct legal research and draft commercial agreements
Support due diligence and deal structuring
Participate in internal strategy meetings
Contribute to legal updates and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
Recent law graduate from a reputed law school
Prior internship experience in corporate law, preferably with law firms
Strong research, drafting, and spoken English skills
Demonstrated interest in corporate, commercial, and M&A transactions
