- Negotiable Instruments Act, Section 138 matters & Recovery matters
- Intellectual Property (Trademark Filing)
- Litigation (Consumer Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal, District Court, High Court, NCLT)
- Drafting of Commercial, Corporate & Vendor Contracts
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong drafting skills
- Good research and analytical abilities
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn
Stipend
