About Fashion Entrepreneur Fund
The Fashion Entrepreneur Fund is an initiative by FEF India Fashion Awards, operating as a Venture Studio. It serves as a platform offering financial backing to aspiring fashion professionals, helping them bring their visions to life. Described as a unique “blend of fashion and funding,” the Fund was established in June 2021 by Sanjay Nigam, a key figure in India’s fashion transformation.
About the Internship
Fashion Entrepreneur Fund is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Intern to join its Investment Banking team. The selected intern will collaborate with the team on various aspects including deal execution, portfolio tracking, documentation, and offering strategic assistance to portfolio companies.
Eligibility Criteria

Open to students or recent graduates with backgrounds in Law or Finance.

Applicants should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Law, Finance (preferred), Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Must have a basic grasp of investment documentation, term sheets, and deal structures.

Should understand financial statements, business models, and key financial indicators.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace is expected.

Strong research, analytical, and documentation capabilities.

Effective and professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing and drafting crucial deal documents including SHA, SSA, and SPA.

Evaluate pitch decks, business plans, and financial models of prospective investments.

Conduct financial ratio analysis and contribute to fundamental financial due diligence.

Aid in the creation of investor pitch decks for internal use and for portfolio companies.

Facilitate ongoing communication with portfolio companies for updates, reporting, and compliance.

Monitor performance metrics and help prepare dashboards and portfolio review reports.

Manage data rooms and coordinate documentation processes during deal execution.

Support the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal committees.
