Alba Law Office is Hiring: IP Paralegal (Intellectual Property Management – Trademark, Copyright & Designs)
Eligibility
Minimum 3 years in a law firm
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documentation, evidence, and exhibits for trademark hearings.
- Conduct weekly Trade Mark Journal searches.
- Draft and share reporting emails and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain and regularly update client IP portfolios.
- Prepare annexures in CD format and upload soft copies to internal drives.
- File applications for trademarks, designs, and copyrights with Indian IP Office (IPIndia) and WIPO (Madrid Protocol)
- Track deadlines and ensure accuracy of docketing systems for all IP matters.
- Monitor oppositions, rectifications, and hearing schedules; coordinate with relevant IP offices.
- Generate reports on filing statuses, renewals, and upcoming deadlines.
- Assist attorneys in preparing case files for oppositions and enforcement matters.
