Heard.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on payment of
process fee as per rules through usual mode as well as by
registered post. In addition, Dasti service is also permitted.

Also heard on I. A. No. 01 of 2025, which is an application
for grant of stay/interim relief.

Considering the facts and nature of grievance and the fact
that the petitioners are daily wages employees and they have
been working since 10 years, purely as an interim measure, it is
directed that effect and operation of the impugned order dated
30.04.2025 shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.

Post this matter in the week commencing 30th of June,
2025.

In the meanwhile, learned State counsel is directed to file
reply.

In view of the above I. A. No. 2, application for urgent
hearing and I. A. No. 3, application for hearing during the summer
vacation stand disposed of.
