1. Shri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no. 2 in Court today and has filed Vakalatnama which is taken on record.
2. The opposite party no. 2/Zeenat is present before this Court who has been identified by Shri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, Advocate.
3. The revisionist is not present despite order of this Court dated 13.08.2025.
4. It is to be noted that neither the draft in terms of undertaking nor Rs.1,00,000/- has been placed before this Court, for the purposes of providing the same to opposite party no.2.
