The Court :- Mr. Satadeep Bhattacharyya, learned Advocate
appearing for the petitioner, prays for one last opportunity to refer to
some decisions of the other High Courts which had taken a view similar
to the Division Bench of this Court that a certified copy of the signed
copy of the award duly authenticated by an officer of the institution
which carried out the arbitral proceedings was due compliance of
Section 31(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
