1. This petition is filed with the following prayers:
“Your Lordship:
A. Be pleased to hold and declare that the public notice dated
29.01.2025 issued under section 11 r/w section 13 of the Gujarat
Slum Areas (Improvement, clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1973
to the petitioners, annexed at Annexure-C, is not accordance with
law and availed no opportunity of hearing to the petitioners is
manifestly arbitrary, illegal and violative of fundamental, rights
and consequently Be Pleased to be quash and set aside the same;
