01. 1.     Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and

learned counsel for the State.

2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with C.T. Case No.534 of 2020 pending on
the file of learned JMFC, Jashipur arising out of
Jashipur P.S. Case No.134 of 2020 for commission of
offences punishable under Sections 294, 332, 353,
307, 379, 337, 336, 341, 186, 114, 143, 147, 148,
269, 270, 506 and 149 of IPC read with Section 3 of
the Orissa Prevention of Gambling Act, 1954 and
51(b) of the Disaster Management Act, 2020.

3. It is stated at the bar that the Petitioner was
directed to be released vide order dated 06.12.2024
in ABLAPL No.13662 of 2024 and one of the
conditions imposed was to deposit of Rs.7,000/-.

4. It is submitted that because of penury
Petitioner is not in a position to make the deposit.
Hence, this fresh application.

5. This application in the considered view of this
Court, seeks modification of the earlier order passed
by the co-ordinate Bench.

6. Judicial propriety demands that the matter
should be placed before the Hon’ble Judge who
passed the order.

Accordingly, this matter may be placed before
the co-ordinate Bench, who passed the order dated
06.12.2024 in ABLAPL No.13662 of 2024, after
obtaining the kind permission of Hon’ble the Chief
Justice.

7. Registry is requested to do the needful
expeditiously.
