The Court: The matter was directed to be listed today for compliance of the

order of payment. The award-debtor has produced a letter from the Central

Government Standing Counsel of the Delhi High Court that, the executing

proceeding has been stayed by the Delhi High Court with a direction upon the

award debtor to deposit the entire awarded amount along with the accrued

interest before the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court within a period of

four weeks from May 7, 2025. The Delhi High Court was also pleased to fix the

hearing of the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation

Act, 1996 on 8th August, 2025.
