Heard Shri N. Uddin, learned Counsel for the appellant, who has preferred this
appeal under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to
Section 415(2) of the BNSS Act, 2023 against the judgment and order dated

28.11.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bijni in Sessions Case No.
184(B)/2018 convicting the accused/appellant under Sections 120(B)/302/392 of IPC
and sentencing him to undergo RI for life and also to pay fine of Rs.50,000/- under
Section 302 IPC, RI for 7 years and also to pay fine Rs. 20,000/- under Section 120(B)
and RI for 10 years and also to pay fine Rs. 50,000/- under Section 392 of IPC.
