Dated this the 31st day of July, 2025
The petitioners, who are accused Nos. 1 to 6 in
Crime No.134 of 2022 registered at the Aluva East Police
Station for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,
324, 326, 294(b), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code,
now pending as CC No.423/2023 on the files of Judicial
First Class Magistrate Court-1, Aluva.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted
that the dispute, which led to the incident and registration
of the crime, is amicably settled and Annexure-A4 affidavit
has been filed by the 2nd respondent vouching this fact.
3. Learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent also
submitted that the dispute is settled and his client have no
grievance against the petitioner.
