Case is taken before National Lok Adalath.
Complainant present. The compromise
petition u/s 320 of Cr.P.C., is filed.

In this case, perused the FIR, Complaint
and Consolidated Final Report. It is submitted
that the accused has paid BBC amount and
prayed for compounding the offence. The
offence alleged against the accused u/s 135 of
Electricity Act is compoundable. Since the
offence alleged against the accused is
compoundable and as the accused has already
paid the BBC amount by compounding the
offence, the closure report submitted by the
Police Inspector of BESCOM Vigilance is hereby
accepted.

As the matter is reported to be settled, the
same is recorded in National Lok Adalath.
