Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajmahal
P.S. Case No. 173 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 147,
149, 341, 342, 323, 302, 427, 504, 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court
of learned S.D.J.M., Rajmahal.
On 31.07.2021, the petitioner along with the co-accused persons are
alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant, due to which he
succumbed to his injuries.
It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against
the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused
persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by a Co-ordinate
Bench of this Court.
In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the
petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to
be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty
thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of
learned S.D.J.M., Rajmahal, in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No.
173 of 2021.
