1. The present application filed under Section 483 read with Section 528
of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (formerly Section 439 and
Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks regular bail in
proceedings arising from FIR No. 147/2021 dated 14th April, 2021,
registered under Sections 365/376D/377/328/34 of the Indian Penal Code,
18603 at P.S. Palam Village. A chargesheet has been filed qua the Applicant,
under Sections 376D/34. The Applicant’s previous bail application has been
