Our learners go through reading modules and recorded lectures before coming to our weekly sessions. They do assignments which mirror real work and get personalised assignments on their feedback.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Host online classes over Zoom, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), class schedule, recordings, etc., and the ensure high learner engagement. Note: Learning Management will involve a fair bit of administrative work.
  • Teach classes on subjects in which you have a strong practical expertise
  • Develop practical learning material: reading resources, recorded lectures, assignments, MCQ tests individually and in consultation with other experts
  • Evaluating assignments, giving feedback to the learners
  • Ideate, launch, and host large-scale webinars for law students and young lawyers
  • Communicate with the students over email, WhatsApp, and phone

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

  • A law degree or a CS qualification is must
  • 3-10 years of experience in the field of corporate law (law firms, in-house counsel, CS roles)
  • Top-notch English language speaking and writing skills 
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Familiarity with technology and willingness to learn and experiment with it
  • Willingness to engage with operations, management, communications, and administrative work
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a day

Salary

Rs. 6.3-8.7 LPA
