About Sidebar
At Sidebar, we bridge the best of both worlds—combining the comprehensive capabilities of a full-service law firm with the personalised, specialised attention of a boutique practice.
About the Opportunity
At Sidebar, we are not looking for a person. We are looking for drive. If you are someone who approaches their work not as a routine job, but as an ongoing journey of learning, contribution, and continuous growth, a long-term investment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Has 4+ years of post-qualification experience in managing energy transactions, including M&A, project development, financing, and investment documentation, and understands the nuance and pace of dealmaking.
- Can contribute meaningfully to drafting, participate actively in briefings and negotiations, and recognises that keeping stakeholders informed and following through is half the job done.
- Appreciates that growth is not always linear, and that the best professionals evolve through each challenge.
Compensation
We value and reward initiatives. We offer a performance-driven incentive structure that is best in class, and we’d be happy to explain what that means. Your involvement will be rewarded with real, tangible say and ownership in the future that we are building.
How to Apply?
We’d like to know your story, not just your CV. Tell us about your path, your setbacks, and what drives you today. We’re more interested in who you are than only what you’ve done.
