Judge of the trial court) in Sessions Case No.368/2021.
2. By the said judgment and order impugned, the
accused is convicted for offence punishable under Section
376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to
undergo rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and to pay
fine Rs.50,000/-, in default, to undergo simple
imprisonment for three months.
