Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has accepted Jyoti Verma’s request to prepone her last working day as Group Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited from January 31, 2025, to January 27, 2025, as per her request letter dated January 27, 2025.
“Due to some exigency I need to prepone the date from 31st January, 2025 to 27th January, 2025,” She said in her letter to the Board of Directors.
She tendered her resignation to pursue other opportunities. “I am hereby tendering my resignation from the post of General Manager and Group Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited in order to pursue some other opportunity for my professional growth,” She said in her resignation letter.
She was appointed as the Company Secretary (KMP) and Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from November 21, 2023.
She is a fellow Member of ICSI, and has around 21 years of experience in Corporate Compliance Management in Listed, Unlisted/Overseas Entities with very renowned Corporate Groups.
