The Complainant filed the private complaint in
PCR No.23890/2013 accused No. 1 and No. 2 for the
offence punishable under section 494 of IPC.

2. After recording the sworn statement and on
hearing the complainant, this court has taken
cognizance of the offence punishable under section
494 of IPC by the order dated 02/05/2015

3. Complainant Case: The complainant is
the wife of accused No.1 having the marriage
solemnized on 08/02/1973 at Kolal, Koratagere
Taluk, Tumkur District in accordance with Hindu
Customs and rites and ceremonies. After the
marriage, the complainant has given birth to the
female child by name Shashikala on 03/11/1973. on
account of matrimonial discord between the accused
No.1 and the complainant, the complainant filed a
petition for judicial separation in M.C.No.09/1986
however the same came to be dismissed. The accused
No.1 has assured the complainant that he would be
away from the relationship of accused No.2 however
continued his relationship with the accused No.2.
The accused No.1 has legally married the accused
No.2 and out of the marriage, they have two sons
namely A.Nagendra Kumar and A.Pradeep Kumar.
